Benk UPVC extruder can make window profile, wall panel profile and ceiling, roof tile, construction board, kitchen board, but PVC extruder need to be connected with downstream machines, then can be used to make products. Benk PVC extruder can be used in 20-800mm PVC pipe, and the downstream machine will be vacuum tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker or belling machine. Benk PVC sheet extrusion line and PVC foam board extrusion machine both need SJZ80/156 PVC extruder which can reach 350kg/h capacity, the Max. width of final products is 1200mm, sickness is 1-40mm.

The main parts of our PVC Extruder:
- Benk uses Siemens Ac motor as its driving motor, and we use ABB inverter to protect the driving motor.
- Benk uses JC gearbox and separating box to reduce the rotation of the screw, it can be worked at least 5-10 years.
- The conical twin screw and barrel was made by 38CrMoAIA material, and nitriding process for the surface of screw and barrel, the last zone of twin screw was bi-metallic which is harder.
- The raw material of electric cabinet is thicker than other manufacturers, all electric parts are the No.1 brand in the world or in China.
- Schneider contactor is used to control different electric line, Ormon power supply device is used to protect contactors cabinet, benk use fused core for each heating zone, which can protect heater.
- Ormon temperature controller can save cost for you which has a longer service life.
- LS air switch be used in the electric cabinet and Ormon middle relay, Schneider switch, CHNT Ammeter, CHNT isolator which can keep staff safe.
